Spotted! The Furry Tail, Supposedly Fall's Biggest Trend, at Fred Segal

Maybe you read our post back in August that spoke of how the furry tail was going to be the hottest, most ubiquitous fall trend. Or possibly, you were dazzled by their prominence in the Louis Vuitton Spring 2010 show. And maybe, like us, you've been frustrated by the fact that there aren't any fuzzy tails for purchase, ANYWHERE. Until now! A furry tail was just procured at Fred Segal on Melrose. They're available in two colors: a creamy, off-white and basic black. The tail measures just over 16 inches. The cost? A paltry $48. It may not be big, bushy and technicolored like the ones at the LV show, but then again, how much money do you really want to spend on one of these?
