LA-based designer Jerell Scott sent his spring collection down the runway Wednesday night, as part of the Downtown LA Fashion Week. And from what we’ve seen?it’s a lot of look. Tribal prints + rhinestones + ribbons + weird cutouts = trend overload. According to Scott, the collection, which might politely be called avant garde, was designed with young Hollywood in mind.
