Also part of the luxe-ification of Westfield Topanga mall, Jimmy Choo opened its 1,400-square-foot boutique in the new Neiman Marcus wing of the Canoga Park shopping center on August 16. Next to shops Cartier, Louis Vuitton and Tiffany & Co., this marks the high-end shoe, bag and accessories brand's fifth California store after Beverly Hills, South Coast Plaza, San Diego and San Francisco.
Per the press release, the store reflects "the global design store concept, echoing the sensibility of the Jimmy Choo brand, evoking the architectural glamour of a 1940’s boutique"—soft, neutral palette and lustrous, sparkly accents. In terms of merchandise: "This store will showcase an extensive selection of Jimmy Choo shoe, handbag, small leather goods and sunglass collections. The assortment will be tailored to the market and will include the most fashion forward elements of the collection," which includes the python carryall, exposed zip gladiator and electric blue suede heels pictured. Also in Jimmy Choo news, the brand is going to be revamping its South Coast Plaza store.
