John Varvatos has really been spreading its reach of late, with the launch of its Fred Segal pop-up two weeks ago, plus recent store openings in San Francisco and NYC. The Malibu Country Mart outpost bowed today with apparel, of course, and Varvatos' now stamp of vintage rock posters and hi-fi equipment. No clubby environs here though. It is Malibu and really difficult to escape the beachy vibe and influx of cheery sunshine.
