We mentioned that jewelry boutique Azaara at Beverly and Orlando had changed its hours to "by appointment" or "by chance," and we just got word from the shop as to why its retail hours had dwindled: "We actually just had the sign up because we were at 4 back to back wholesale shows in NY, Dallas and LA and did not have the inventory or staffing to keep the store open!" But the shop is back on track now, open Mon-Fri from 11am-4pm.
Azaara designer Josef Arzili has his fall collection out—colorful baubles made from 22kt gold-dipped sterling silver with precious or semi-precious stones, which ranges nicely from around $100-$400. The label's crystal CZ vintage line is even more affordable around $200 and less, while an 18kt gold and precious stones collection reaches in the four figures.
