Lindsay Lohan's also adjusting to the lagging economy, now launching a brand development firm Stay Gold LLC, which WWD reports "is testing a natural self-tanning lotion that it wants to introduce as soon as next spring, when it also will launch a lower-priced line of leggings, and follow that in the fall with a moderate-priced accessory." The leggings will retail for $44, as compared to the $100-plus price tag of her 6126 leggings that are currently out.

Also on the fashion front, Access Hollywood reports Lindsay will judge Project Runway for its premiere next season when it moves from Bravo to Lifetime and from NYC to LA: "A source told Access the tentative premiere date for 'Runway' on Lifetime is January 20, 2009, while the season five finale airs October 15 on Bravo." Hello ratings!
