This week's episode brings with it a gaggle of middle-aged women, who are consulting the designers on creating a look for college-aged women just entering the workforce. It seems these women would be their moms—Tim tells the designers "They are both your clients," which seems to further this thought—but we don't know for sure. Cynthia Rowley is guest judging. Kenley continues to not listen to anyone, especially Tim, who she says "doesn't get me as a designer." Our nerves are frayed by her whiny confidence. And though Jerell has been talking smack about her—"Kenley can make one hell of a '50s dress, but that's all she serves up"—he seems to be taking cues from her head gear with a feathery thing that looks like a man-sized version.
