We've tried, thus far with no avail, to get in touch with LA designer Eduardo Lucero or his people, to find out what the heck happened to his showroom on Beverly Boulevard. An LA Fashion Week mainstay, Lucero has had his showroom in this location for years, where we could walk by and see some lithe thing getting red carpet-ready or, if we were lucky, a decadent bride-to-be getting a fitting. We asked around the neighborhood, and boutique owners were also perplexed. Everyone we talked to didn't know he was leaving. One store manager told us another retailer told him Lucero had relocated, but we're waiting for confirmation. Where'd you go, Eduardo? [RackedWire]
