Whatever one's political beliefs, it's hard not to marvel at the entire creative movement that has popped

up around Barack Obama's campaign. The latest development: MoveOn, Obey's giant Shepard Fairey and Upper Playground are partnering on Manifest Art Gallery, which will open with pro-Obama art work by up-and-comers and more known folks from August 24-28 at Denver's Democratic Convention. Five newer artists wil be chosen from an open submission pool, which will be judged by a panel of pop culture experts from DJ Spooky to Moby and Sonic Youth's Thurston Moore. Now, that's a different kind of Supreme Court. More t-shirts, please! [Racked Wire]
