Downtown's Evo high-rise project is already getting TV time on National Geographic's construction reality show LA Hard Hats, and soon it will be the spot where next season's Project Runway contestants live,
as long as it's completed if talks lead to a deal. Per Angelenic: "The building, no doubt chosen for its proximity to FIDM and the Fashion District, is busy adding finishing touches to portions of the interior and street level facade, but isn’t quite ready for occupancy."
