Women's multi-designer apparel boutique Studio R.C. has shuttered on La Brea, just south of West 3rd Street on the same stretch as Presse, Algabar, The Way We Wore and House of Petals. Despite retail trickling in over the last two years, this area still struggles for foot traffic. Even with American Rag in walking distance, shoppers have to hurdle Ralph's to get to the other side and have yet to make that leap. [RackedWire]
