Wow, it's already that time again. The 4th season of The Hills debuts tonight at 10pm. Right on cue, we overheard a Hills-related conversation last night at a vintage shop in Echo Park. The shopgirl's friend worked in production on the show and recounted how LC was a total nightmare—calling production to pick up after her puppy on the show—and despite how cheesy everyone thinks Heidi and Spencer are, they are actually nice to work with.
