Upper Playground, which opened Downtown last June, definitely knows how to draw a crowd, as it has with the shop's latest collaboration between artists Estevan Oriol and Mister Cartoon and upcoming Pacino/De Niro film Righteous Kill. Per Hypebeast: "With Estevan Oriol and Mister Cartoon organizing the movie’s poster and marketing, the film’s aesthetic is also extended to a series of t-shirts. The pop-up space will be a mixture of movie posters and screens displaying Oriol/Cartoon chosen scenes from Righteous Kill." The pop-up opens to the public today through September 15, Tues-Sat noon-8pm at 131 East 6th Street.
