Boutiques Danmark and Meg may be on their way out, but retailers are still moving in on West 3rd Street. A couple weeks ago, we mentioned the home decor shop, which will be sandwiched between Milk and Rodan vs Griffith, and we learn from a retailer on the block (who learned from the landlord) "that the space next to Built by Wendy has been rented to a NY retailer opening a boutique in LA."
