Neil Lane Jewelry, which has operated out of a space at the Antiquarius Antique and Jewelry Mall on Beverly Boulevard for years, is opening its own boutique at 708 North La Cienega Boulevard, just north of Monique Lhuillier at Melrose Place. The area's upscale designer shops are beginning to spill onto La Cienega, counting the fine jeweler (the antique stunners regularly wrapped around red carpet necks, fingers and wrists) and yet-to-be-opened Maison Malandrino.
