Police Chief William Bratton was quoted yesterday as saying that the paparazzi problem has lessened recently. From KNBC-TV via the NYP: ""If you notice, since Britney started wearing clothes and behaving, Paris is out of town not bothering anybody anymore, thank God, and, evidently, Lindsay Lohan has gone gay, we don't seem to have much of an issue." Further, " He argued that the change in celebrity behavior makes proposed laws to crack down on paparazzi an unnecessary 'farce.'" See, it's all their fault and has nothing to do with the deluge of tab media feasting on their lives! [NYP]
