We got our hands on the lookbook for Richard Chai's collection for Target, which will be hitting stores August 3, and the designer's clean lines and unfussy approach definitely shine through. The collection leans heavily on electric blue, teal, black and different shades of purple, with shots of red and stone-hued denim. With a few slim pants, the line is dominated by dresses and shorts—either long and lean or short-short with some roominess at the thigh. The question with a collection that is more structured is whether the quality of tailoring will translate to the lower price point.
