We noticed the space at 8207A West 3rd Street—on the same block as Toast and right next to Rodan vs Griffith—has covered up its windows. It's been empty for ages, but now we here that a modern home decor boutique has leased the space and is now doing construction. No word on when it will open, or even its name. [RackedWire]
