Century City is the only Apple Store that is not on the ticket system today. Everywhere else, you can stand in line to get a ticket, then come back to pick up your iPhone anytime before 6pm, if you so choose. Or you can just stay in line:

Century City Apple Store: ALL MODELS IN STOCK. 1-1 1/2 hr wait. No ticket system here, "just first come, first serve at the moment."
