If you're anywhere near the Beverly Center and want a black 8 gig or white 16 gig, go now! Otherwise, you're still looking at committing a couple hours to the process:

The Grove Apple Store: Limited stock of all models. "There is a line and we suggest if you're going to come down, you come now."

Beverly Center Apple Store: Black 8 gig and white 16 gig are in stock. "This is the shortest line I've seen—it's maybe 1/2 hour or 45 minutes right now."

Pasadena Apple Store: Black 16 gigs and white 16 gigs are in stock. "The line is past H&M right now."

3rd Street Promenade Apple Store: Black 8 gig in stock. "There is a line. I don't know how big it's gotten."

Glendale Galleria Apple Store: Limited stock of black 8 gigs and white 16 gigs, 1 1/2 -2hr wait.

Century City Apple Store: All models are in stock, 1 1/2hr wait.
