Looks like Brooklyn-based handbag, accessories and apparel label Hayden-Harnett is next in line to do an accessories line for Target, slated for spring '09. Per WWD, "the three-year-old independent firm that is known for its best-selling Havana hobo bag, will join the ranks of Rafe, Devi Kroell, Loeffler Randall, Hollywould and Gryson, all of whom also have collaborated with the mass merchant. Hayden-Harnett also is launching footwear and swimwear this spring. Target couldn't be reached, and Hayden-Harnett declined comment." [WWD, subscription req]
