Also on Melrose and on the other side of La Cienega from Marc Jacobs' celebratory windows, stationery shop Soolip (which does big wedding invitation biz) has a display of two male paper cutouts and two female paper cutouts of the restroom door variety holding hands—or, rather, touching where the hands would be.
