People are braving the heat with umbrellas at The Grove Apple Store above, but they are certainly not the only ones. City-wide folks have come out to get their hands on the 3G iPhone. Check the wait status and stock below. Pasadena is reporting the longest expects wait time at 6 hours, while Century City is reporting the shortest potential wait at two hours, but does not have everything model in stock.
The Grove Apple Store reports 3 hour waits, and "should have enough stock of all models for the day."
The Beverly Center Apple Store—sounding impressively chipper—says that lines are running 4-5 hours and have "all models in stock, so I think we're good."
The Century City Apple Store is reporting (only) 2-4 hour waits and currently have white 16 gigs and black 8 gigs in stock.
The 3rd Street Promenade Apple Store says the line is "down the block" and would guess at least a couple hours wait, but the store does have "everything in stock."
There's a 4-6 hour wait at the Pasadena Apple Store. Staff says "stock is good but can't guarantee they won't sell out."
The Glendale Galleria Apple Store reports a 4 hour wait, and says they have "enough stock for the moment," but sounded a smidge hesitant, like that might not last for too long.
