SBE Entertainment Group, behind everything from Katsuya to S Bar to SLS Hotel in Beverly Hills opening in August, which has Philippe Starck on board for ample modern hipster appeal. Now, per FWD, the service attire is also taken care of with the necessary stylish aplomb: "They’ve enlisted French designer Pascal Humbert to inject a much needed dose of chic into the employee attire. With sculptural silhouettes and trompe l’oeil elements, these are not your average uniforms. From left to right: Mens and Womens Room Service, Bazaar Server, Sommelier and Barmaid." OK, but the room service guy looks like he's wearing an off-the-shoulder sweater.
