Those are two brands you wouldn't expect to see together. We mentioned yesterday that there would be a Colette pop-up in NYC, but we didn't know the Parisian boutique would be coming to the states courtesy of the mind-market chain. Per FWD: "The San Francisco-based retailer has commissioned the renowned Paris boutique to create a one-month installation in its rotating Gap concept store adjacent to its Fifth Avenue flagship at 54th Street. Dubbed 'Colette x Gap,' the shop, Colette's first store in the U.S., will be open from September 6 through October 5." The collection "will feature a combination of unique and sought-after colette products, otherwise unavailable in New York City, along with items created especially for Colette x Gap." Already.
