Fifty's Furniture has been closed at 8050 West 3rd Street for sometime now with the same "for lease" signs in the window. The signs are still up and it says "available" with a number, but the windows have now been covered. Does this indicate anything? Does it have something to do with the Panini Cafe moving into the old Splash Spa next door? [RackedWire]
