The man behind Jake Vintage in Los Feliz wants guys to get it sartorially together. Per the LA Times, "Boutique owner and high-end vintage junkie Jonathan Kanarek is launching a series of how-to seminars in civility that will teach guys how to make the proper choices on everything from wardrobe to wine. The inaugural seminar, 'The Rules for Proper Dress,' will cover the basics of personal style, how to ensure the right fit and the 'how-to' grooming tips that seem to have skipped a generation." Learning about black-tie and how to wear vintage will cost you $65 for the night—that's this Thursday, June 26, from 7pm-10pm at Jake Vintage, 4644 Hollywood Boulevard. Beverages will be served. RSVP to seminars@jakevintage.com. [LAT]
