After checking out Beckley last night, we took a stroll down the street to Kitson, which is still early in construction, and, wow, we had forgotten how big that thing is going to be! Two levels and 7,000-square-feet is no joke, people. As Beckley owner Melissa Richardson said, Kitson will increase the foot traffic on the retail stretch. What will be the tipping point where Melrose gets dense enough where people will walk, say, from San Vicente, cross La Cienega, and continue on? Or even from La Cienega to Fairfax?
