LA-based LD Tuttle designer Tiffany Tuttle has released her Colonial Madness collection for Urban Outfitters (joining other Urban collaborators of late, Charlotte Ronson, Corpus, Steven Alan and LA's Geren Lockhart to name a few); the line features two cut-out pairs—a laced heel and laced sandal—in brown for the heel and black or pewter for the sandal. Priced at $145 and $125 respectively, this definitely is reasonable as compared to the LD Tuttle label, which runs around $300-$500 and is carried in fash-forward boutiques like Oak NYC and Creatures of Comfort. What we like about the Colonial Madness is that it truly captures the LD Tuttle aesthetic for a mid-market price.
