Rackage: Firefly on Abbot Kinney

Rackage is a look inside recently-opened stores around town. Today, let's look inside Firefly on Abbot Kinney in Venice.

Last month, we saw that Firefly boutique was moving next door to a larger space at 1409 Abbot Kinney Boulevard. The shop always had an emporium-like feel, but now with the openness of the new space and quite a bit more square footage, Firefly has become a one-stop spot for home, apparel, gifts, and kids.

Merch ranges from beach-friendly cashmere sweaters and flip-flops to playful pink tutus for little girls; bath and body products and candles to coffee table books and cards; bamboo cutting boards and colorful flasks to Dita sunglasses and delicate jewelry. There's even a table of succulents. It's one of those places where you continue to discover items as you go. The shop also stocks ample kid-centric toys and other fun stuff, facilitating shopping with a little one.
