The proliferation of Forever 21 stores, including Forever XXI and For Love 21, is already pretty impressive, but the retailer is looking to get super-sized. Per WWD, the LA-based company "plans to build larger stores and within four years expects to be in position to be a mall anchor as it evolves from a teen-focused business into one devoted to a youth-lifestyle retail concept." This means going from 40,000 square feet (like in Pasadena) to 90,000 square feet in select locations. Just imagine the mayhem and mess that will be on the shopping floor. [WWD, subscription req]
