Per Dwell's blog: "Fisker, after penning the design for the yet to be released Tesla sedan, founded his own electric car company called Fisker Coachbuild and soon thereafter announced the release of their first product, an electric four-door sedan... Tesla has filed a lawsuit, and the whole affair is shaping up to be an operatic display somehow befitting the unchartered territory of the electric car." [Dwell]
