We knew Tesla was plum sold out of its 2008 model, and there was an ongoing waiting list, but we didn't know about the feud brewing with designer Henrik Fisker. Per Dwell's blog: "Fisker, after penning the design for the yet to be released Tesla sedan, founded his own electric car company called Fisker Coachbuild and soon thereafter announced the release of their first product, an electric four-door sedan... Tesla has filed a lawsuit, and the whole affair is shaping up to be an operatic display somehow befitting the unchartered territory of the electric car." [Dwell]
