A building is being demo-ed at 451-53 North Rodeo Drive, just south of Little Santa Monica, with a two-level building to take its place. Retailers in the area said luxury sportswear brand Loro Piana and designer brand Max Mara were going to take up residence in the building. Check the building after the jump. [RackedWire]
