We Storecasted Beckley boutique on Melrose across from the Pacific Design Center back in April, but only knew it was a women's apparel boutique. Daily Candy has the scoop today on the just-opened shop: "First opened in 1908 by owner Melissa Richardson’s great-grandfather, it was the premier destination for bespoke menswear in Sin City. Now, nearly 70 years after shuttering the original, Richardson’s revived the family business right here in L.A. — but this time, it’s for the ladies."
And from the Beckley site, designers in the mix include "Zac Posen, Dallin Chase, Hari, Malandrino, Arthur Mendonca, Lover, Rupert Sanderson, Ruffian, Brian Reyes, Veronique Branquinho, Radcliffe Denim," among others. Also, "Beckley Boutique will provide unparalleled client services such as personal shoppers, stylists, tailors, highly trained staff, a relaxation area and an intimate garden," and what it describes as a "bohemian chic" interior.
