Balenciaga launched its online shop late last week, giving access to anyone (in the U.S.) who needs a $1,645 electric turquoise Giant Part Time handbag stat! Handbags, totes, wallets, sunglasses, shoes, jewelry, scarves and other accessories are on the site, which offers a number of different pretty views of each product, plus a fair amount of information. That being said, the site is not the best to navigate—it's flashy and rather annoying, and who wants to have to click through a bunch of different windows to get to pricing information? Perhaps if you have all the money in the world you don't care about price. Or perhaps you pay someone to do your online shopping for you, so you don't have to deal with an overly touchy screen. But, for everyone else, just show the damn price on the first page!
