Loads of Vintage In-store at Trina Turk

Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.

We posted earlier this week about Trina Turk making her collection of vintage available at her boutique on West 3rd Street. At first, we only spotted a sad, nearly empty rack at the back, only to be directed to a long and well-stocked rack at the front of the boutique with tons of dresses. There's also vintage pieces placed here and there throughout other racks. As promised, it's all nicely laundered and in excellent condition. You can definitely spot Turk's inspiration in the offerings—tons of bright prints and crochet. Apparently, there has always been some of the designer's vintage finds in the boutique, but now there's so much more, making an edited selection available for those that don't want to do the digging themselves.
