Turns out Starbucks' big news is its new Pike Place Roast. So, everyone gets a free 8-ounce cup of the new java tomorrow at 9am Pacific, noon Eastern. From the press release: "Pike Place Roast™ truly represents the best of who we are, showcasing our new quality standards for freshness – freshly roasted, hand-scooped, freshly ground and brewed with shorter hold times."
