The shopping center at 8000 Sunset in West Hollywood, which used to house the Virgin Megastore, men's clothing store LASC and others, continues to morph. The latest news is Buzz Coffee has closed, prompting a sad good-bye note from staff. But signage is up for the incoming Trader Joe's and Pinkberry. Also, per Loopnet.com, we learn that Starbucks is likely taking Buzz' spot in the $7,000,000 renovation project and that entertainment tab site TMZ is moving moved into the 3rd floor. What we wonder is what's going to take the place of Virgin, which was a monstrous space. [RackedWire]
