Canadian brand Ports 1961 is gearing up to open its first US boutique on Melrose Place with a W Magazine-hosted invite-only cocktail reception and preview slated for Wednesday, April 9. Here is a first look at the space—warm hues, exposed wood ceiling and suspended shelving. The Michael Gabellini designed space is "Conceived as a private fashion boudoir that evolves with each season," per the press release. It's an exciting addition to LA, as Ports 1961 is a feminine, luxury brand that's also very wearable.
