Truth, Forever 21's accessories boutique For Love 21 in the Beverly Center is at the top of its game in terms of its windows. Though the accessories are fast fashion to the max—trendy bangles and earrings, handbags and panties that will eventually hit the trash—the merchandising of the store windows is decidedly luxurious, pretty and creative. We're digging the skirts made of straw bags, hats, or twisted scarves, fastened with a jewel. The Forever 21 windows, just one floor up, are completely bland by comparison. [RackedWire]
