The last independent boutique on Rodeo Drive, Theodore, is making its exit, but there's exciting retail to come. From a tipster: "In honor of today's launch for Racked (its like we're a real city!) I had to pass on some info I got this weekend. The Theodore store on Rodeo (SWC of Rodeo/ Little Santa Monica) has been leased to Missoni. I got this info from the broker." [Racked Inbox]
