May will mark the opening of Chanel's second LA boutique, a 5,395-square-foot expanse located paparazzi-convenient steps north of The Ivy. Also designed by Peter Marino, Fashion Week Daily reports that whereas the Rodeo Drive boutique "carries the full range of Chanel ready-to-wear, fine jewelry, shoes, and fragrance and beauty, this new boutique will stock targeted, constantly updated merchandise that reflects the gallery-like space." Courtyard, terrace, retractable glass door, and 15-foot ceilings will invite people to come on in and spend, spend, spend!

For those who, say, don't have the four-digit disposable income to score a Chanel bag, there's the $25 limited-edition nail polishes—Rodeo Drive, Melrose, LA Sunrise and LA Sunset—created by the fashion house's Global Creative Director of Makeup Peter Philips, which will be avail only in-store till June when the polishes will then be stocked on Chanel.com.
