The Office's writer/actress Mindy Kaling has a blog all about what she buys, Things I Bought that I Love. The New York Times goes on a shopping excursion to Opening Ceremony on La Cienega with the comic, who describes her personal style as "grandmother meets rapper girlfriend,” with a premium on "color and embellishment." An apt description as we once spotted Kaling dealing with some sort of parking permit-type issue in a pair of Apple Bottom jeans and prim flats. Her blog is thingsiboughtthatilove.com. [NYT]
