Popping up at Fred Segal Man in Santa Monica is the Warhol Factory x Levi's x Damien Hirst pop-up store Thursday, April 3, which will be open for two months. The shop will sell the denim collection (jeans, motorcycle jackets, T-shirts) with Hirst's embellished, encrusted, splattered treatment—not nearly as out-there as expected from the artist with a penchant for animals and formaldehyde. Levi's was so amped about its collaboration with the British artist, it documented the project in a 224-page glossy book, which will be launched at the shop's invite-only party. Everyone else can get the book online, a mere $200 for the black hard-bound book and $300 with a plexi glass and metal display box. [RackedWire]
