The only Balenciaga boutique in the U.S., besides NYC, officially opened today, confirmed by a salesperson, who described the space designed by Dominique Gonzalez-Foerster as "the building across from the Pacific Design Center that looks like a spaceship landed from Mars." Sounds fitting for designer Nicolas Ghesquière's architectural, futuristic creations. This may just be how Jennifer Connelly would dress if she played football; the cerebral actress would probably outwit everyone and not get a smudge from heel to structured shoulder.
