Just-opened jewelry boutique House of Love and Luck just opened late last week on La Cienega, right by the new Largo space. Saturday, we swung by to check out the open house and were pleased with its array of vintage finds—ranging from glossy Milli Vanilli and MC Hammer earrings to fans of faux diamonds, antique-y droplets to bold necklaces with tassel detail. As owners Ricki Miller and Jared Meisler promised, the price points are within reach from $30-$300, and, from perusing the price tags, much of what we picked up was between $40-$80.
Miller and Meisler (also the owner of Bar Lubitsch) drew quite a crowd, as the place was bustling with shoppers and friends drinking wine and trying on the costume jewels.
