West 3rd Street boutique Malgosia is holding tight to its Barack Obama cut-out. To make him weather-appropriate, the shop's thrown what looks like a turtleneck sweater dickie or abbreviated poncho with reindeer over him, and topped him all with a knit hat with cascading pompoms. All he needs is to lose the glasses he's holding for a muff.
