Sellebrity: Mischa's Headbands with Stacey Lapidus, More Bags

New, 3 comments

Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.

We get a look at Mischa Barton's collab headband collection with accessories designer Stacey Lapidus via WWD and Lapidus' site, where the collection is currently avail.

For holiday, the six-piece collection, ranging from $80-$200, is "decorated with pearls, beads, crystals, sequins and flowers." There are two other pieces online, which will not be avail until spring. Though currently only avail online, "Lapidus plans to expand distribution to boutiques that sell her signature line."

The fash trade also has a couple images of Barton's handbag collection with London-based Ri2k, which is now in its third season and sold in the UK and Australia. Barton told the pub about her fall 2009 '70s-inspired collection: "Even though I’ve always taken a page from vintage bags that I have and love, I think now I’ll be able to push that a little bit further and do more in terms of embellishment and embroidery."
