After 70 years in business, British-based hat brand Kangol has opened its very first U.S. store on Abbot Kinney. We're surprised Kangol didn't jump on its hefty resurgence during '80s-'90s hip hop, but, clearly, the company takes its own sweet time. The headgear shop bowed in the last week or so, and is throwing a Vapors Magazine-hosted opening bash this Friday, December 5 from 6pm-10pm and everybody's invited for lots of lids and vodka.
