Another pop-up coming down the pike—this time it's label Dress by Bic Owen, a Central Saint Martins grad, who's both a costume designer (she worked on the Nikon Ashton Kutcher commercials, among others) and fashion designer. Owen will be offering up silk and cashmere dresses and separates at "amazing prices" this Thursday, December 18 from 6pm-10pm at 5653 Hollywood Boulevard (310-696-3382). The designer's fall/winter '08 collection is cozy and layered in gray, beige, and ivory with a slouchy volume and unexpected touches. [RackedWire]
